iUsers is one perfect app for all folks who need to share their iPad with family/friends. The app which should be available in Cydia (app store for Jailbroken apps) pretty soon, will solve your iPad sharing concerns. The app gives you a option to create multiple user profiles, each equipped with their own settings, exactly you have on your PC or MAC. Currently its a work in progress as currently the app is able to hold the apps and preferences(not music and videos

If you are/were a fan of Quake 3 arena like I am, then there is a update on the same. Quake 3 Arena is already being ported to iPad with all the onscreen controls and will be available through Cydia sometime today.
