For all waiting to get your iPad 2 jailbreaked, Comex has already done that and expect it to be out soon for everyone.
We are still waiting for Spirit Jailbreak for iPad but if the wait seems to be tooo long for you than there might be a solution. Comex just released a jailbreak for iOS 4 devices which might work for iPad as well. Atleast it says on the official jailbreakme site. Visit the site(http://www.jailbreakme.com) from the iPad and all the steps will follow. But please be advised that the jailbreak is not very stable, infact you can see from the post on engadget that it doesn’t work on 3.2.1 at all :
Update 5: Comex reports that iPads running iOS 3.2.1 aren’t presently working properly, and that MMS problems after jailbreak are a known issue.
Should wait for the Sprit Jailbreak friends, it will be out soon.
We have seen Flash been attempted on iPad here , here and here , now we have another contender in the list. Comex has ported the Android Flash Runtime to iPad and its been called as Frash.
Frash is a port of the Adobe Flash runtime for Android to the iPhone, using a compatibility layer, by comex ( http://twitter.com/comex ). Frash can currently run most Flash programs natively in the MobileSafari browser. Frash currently only runs on the iPad, but support for other devices (3GS+ only due to technical restrictions) is planned, as well as support for iOS 4.

Thanks to author for choosing the Flash games, I really do miss them on iPad. There is no official public release as of yet but as per the following comment :
A release is planned for when Frash is stable. Developers are welcome to join the effort at http://github.com/comex/frash – fork it and send a pull request with your patches
We can expect to be available for us sometime later, I wonder whether the Jailbreak will be required for this to get running. Anyways, its good stuff and effort, Flash Games and iPad is a great combination
