So, after months of rumours and speculation about iPad 2 release, finally its official. Apple has started sending out invites for iPad 2 event, which will be held at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts at 10:00 am. Can’t wait
iPad now counts 17% of the Apple’s total revenue and Tim Cook Apple COO is not at all bothered about the competitors, says windows tablets are bulky, requires stylus for input and Android wasn’t designed for tablet(may be he didn’t get the news about Honeycomb).
That’s is all
Apple recently posted a video showing companies, developers behind the amazing apps we have been playing around with on our iPad’s and iPhone’s. Its a great watch and few shots at Google Android just makes it more “interesting” to say the least

Since Steve Jobs made clear he didn’t want FLASH on any of his iDevices, people are trying to doing exactly that. You can check some initiatives on iPad here and here. Now there is a new project coming out from Artefact group called Flash In A Pinch. They are actually rendering the whole flash content and sending back it in images back to your Safari Browser. With a javascript on top of it, they are able send your touch/tap responses back to the servers which returns the content accordingly.
We’re using Google’s open source Chrome browser (Chromium) to render images on a server and transmitting the image to Safari. Using Javascript on an overlaid layer, we’re able to send all touch interactions to the server and react to them, making it fully interactive.
Here are some videos showing the project in action :
Its little buggy as of now, because its a work in progress. But very intuitive and I am pretty sure we will be waiting to see the final product.
