In today’s event Apple announced the upcoming OS update for iPad aka iOS 4.2. The update will bring the long overdue multitasking to iPad(finally). Also the update brings something with it called as Airplay, which means you will be able to stream media from iPad to other iDevices over WiFi. I fondly remember a app doing the same thing, not sure what was its name.

Other updates includes introduction of a printing feature. Its like when printing you will be able to see your network printers, print jobs, job history and stuff. Something similar to printer related stuff you see on your PC or MAC, not exactly as advanced but close. The iOS 4.2 iPad update will be available in coming November for free. Well that’s about it folks, this time Apple gave all it’s love to the iPod’s, do check them out as well(new iPod touch is awesome).
